Examples of load testing

Load testing is a part of a performance testing. Examples of load testing can be:

1. Downloading a series of large files from the Internet.
2. Running multiple applications on a computer or server simultaneously.
3. Assigning many jobs to a printer in a queue.
4. Subjecting a server to a large amount of e-mail traffic.
5. Writing and reading data to and from a hard disk continuously.
